I am a busy mother of 5 beautiful children who loves to create. I came across lamp work beads after finding a book in the local library quite a number of years ago. I spent the first 3 years of my journey returning to the library and repeatedly borrowing this book. At the time lampworking was very new to Australia and I didn’t know how I could learn this skill that I was admiring so much. Then I came across a class being offered at the Bead and Gem Show in Melbourne. I booked myself in for a one day workshop and really the rest is history. It is a skill the needs a lot of practice, time and patience to master, but like a moth to flame once started it is an incredibly amazing and rewarding art form. I am very fortunate to have very encouraging young children who are there to offer me love, support and advice. 

My past training and experience in fashion design and production along with my life time of doing all different forms of crafts have all come together as seen in the colours and creations I am now able to bring to you.
